Creator of The Richards Trauma Process (TRTP)
Judith is the creator of The Richards Trauma Process (TRTP).
This process steps people through trauma-related issues, such as anxiety, depression and PTSD. It is safe, effective and fast, generally in just 3 sessions.
TRTP was created out of Judith’s own need to resolve her own trauma. She found a way to resolve the extreme trauma which had resulted in a major PTSD breakdown.
She teaches this process to health professionals across Australia.
In addition to these duties as teacher of the TRTP process, Judith continues to see a few clients in order to remain at the cutting edge of the development of TRTP.

Louise is a 100% ‘people person’ with a strong interest in physical and emotional health and wellbeing.
After running her own successful business for many years as a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist, Louise saw first-hand how much of her clients’ pains were physical manifestations of previous life trauma.
As part of her ongoing professional development, Louise embarked on a quest to help ease the turmoil in her clients’ lives – studying a range of therapies including commencing training as a registered nurse.
When Louise realised that nursing was not going to provide the answers she required, she became interested in The Richards Trauma Process (TRTP).
After experiencing her own difficult family upbringing, including living with a substance-abusing parent, and being in a relationship where her partner’s traumatic childhood was impacting negatively upon their lives, Louise saw that many of the ‘standard’ therapy practices had little to no effect on real behavioural change – especially over short periods.
Louise was amazed how TRTP rapidly changed her partner’s behaviour for the better, after just three sessions. She knew she had to find out more.
Louise undertook the intensive TRTP training program and today is a qualified TRTP Practitioner. And is now using TRTP to help her clients break free of their unresolved emotional hurt and belief systems, and live lives of peace and contentment that they never thought were possible.
