Judith Richards

Creator of The Richards Trauma Process (TRTP)

Judith is the creator of The Richards Trauma Process (TRTP).

This process steps people through trauma-related issues, such as anxiety, depression and PTSD. It is safe, effective and fast, generally in just 3 sessions.

TRTP was created out of Judith’s own need to resolve her own trauma. She found a way to resolve the extreme trauma  which had resulted in a major PTSD breakdown.

She teaches this process to health professionals across Australia.
In addition to these duties as teacher of the TRTP process, Judith continues to see a few clients in order to remain at the cutting edge of  the development of TRTP.

Biographical Info

Despite my training in Clinical Psychology and ongoing professional development, I was disappointed that I was not getting the results that I wanted for my clients.  Then, finally I found what I was seeking.  I came across Judith Richards and her process, The Richards Trauma Process (TRTP).

This process changed me profoundly both personally and professionally, and since my training I have witnessed transformative changes for my clients.  In as few as three sessions, you can leave behind the pain of past traumas, stressors, anxiety, depression and move forward into a calm and empowered state of being. It is an honour to help clients with TRTP, and I am not only passionate about my work again but feel more energised after a day’s “work”.
